OISIN

You Could Have Had It All
New single out Friday 9 March & Irish tour announced for March/April.
Kilkenny singer-songwriter Oisin is set to release his debut single “You Could Have Had It All” from his forthcoming album “Flying High” on Friday 9 March.
Co-Produced by Oisín and Conor O’Farrell Brady, and recorded at Phonic Studios Dublin, the unreleased single has already garnered mention in the media, receiving a triumphant review in Hot Press last November and being named as single of the week on regional radio KCLR.
Oisín is passionate about live music and live musicians and stands by the “don’t do backing tracks, sorry!” policy. He takes influence from all genres and looks toward such acts as One Republic, Ed Sheeran, The Script and James Morrison for his lead. Oisín put together the current live band featuring Aidan Brennan and Robbie Malone, and when larger performances call he further enlists the talents of Conor O’Farrell Brady, Cian Boylan and Paul Byrne to tour as a full six piece band.
Apart from living and working in Switzerland for the past number of years, Oisin has found the time to record a full album and perform relentlessly, appearing as guest to Imelda May at the Sligo music festival and being selected to play with two time Grammy Award Winner Bobby McFerrin in Germany. In addition to this Oisin is heading a fantastic new initiative called the TY talent tour, which will see him visiting TY classes around Ireland and encouraging them to organize their own live entertainment and in an effort to provide a platform for undiscovered talent within the schools.
This debut single ‘You Could Have Had It All’ is a taste of what’s to come and Oisín is undertaking a small number of appearances across the country.
Described as writing “Some of the best songs heard from an unsigned artist in recent years”, (Darragh Kettle, former head of Peer Music in Ireland) there is certainly a lot to look forward to from Oisin in the future.
